The idea for Killbran Toy Trailers began with a simple birthday wish. When Paul’s nephew asked for a low loader trailer, his parents searched everywhere—local shops and online—but couldn’t find anything suitable. Determined to make it happen, Paul decided to build one himself.

After many evenings and weekends spent in the garage, the low loader trailer was complete. The result was more than just a gift—it brought years of enjoyment and created lasting memories. Although it’s no longer in use today, it still sits safely stored away, ready for the next generation.

Word quickly spread. After seeing how much fun the trailer brought, a neighbour asked Paul to build two silage trailers for his sons for Christmas. Once again, Paul took on the challenge, dedicating long hours to carefully crafting each piece by hand. Those trailers too delivered years of play, with countless “harvests” completed, and now await their turn to be passed down.

What started as a favour soon grew into something more. Paul began creating additional trailers in his spare time and selling them locally. As demand increased for realistic farm toys designed for pedal tractors, he started developing new ideas, drawing plans, and building prototypes. From there, Killbran Toy Trailers was officially born—built on passion, craftsmanship, and a love of farming life.
